A:  RV's, boats, trailers, campers and utility trailers

 

Q: is the facility secure

A:  Yes.  Our facility features gated access, security cameras, and bright nighttime lighting

Q: Do you offer month-to-month rentals

A:  Yes rentals can be month to month with a three-month minimum.  One year prepaid long-term contracts receive a one month discount

Q:  What size spaces do you offer?

A:  We offer outdoor spaces from 20 ft to 50 ft, plus 10 ft and 20 ft conex storage units.

Q:  Do you offer a dump service.

A:  We do not have a dump service.  The closest one is at Chatfield State Park.

Q:  Do you offer potable water.

A:  We do have potable water.

​

Q:  What kind of driving/parking surface do you have.

A:  Our lot is comprised of recycled asphalt.
